What is Jassby? (grandparents)
We're glad you asked. Jassby is a secure mobile payment system that you can access on your iPhone or the web to give money to your grandchildren for any reason. They can then use the money to shop with top retailers approved by their parents.
How do I sign up? (grandparents)
We've made signing up as simple as possible. You can enter your email address or choose a social icon: Facebook, Google or Amazon.
I'd like to add my bank account to the app, but my bank is not listed. Can I still use Jassby? (grandparents)
Yes. Browse the list of banks available in the "Bank Account" section of the "Add Funding Source" section of your home screen or the "Funding" tab in your account menu. If you don't see your bank, use the search bar to search for it. If your bank is not listed, add your debit card instead.
How do I use the Jassby web app? (grandparents)
Go to Jassby.com on your desktop or laptop. If you are a new user, click "Sign Up" and follow the directions. If you are a returning user, click "Log In." The Jassby web app works seamlessly with the mobile app. Your dashboard lets you connect to your grandchild (with parent approval) and send him or her money.
Am I required to connect both a debit card and bank account to the app? (grandparents)
No. You only need to connect one of them.
What happens if I connect both a debit card and a bank account to the app? (grandparents)
The latest funding source that you added is utilized first.
How much money can I send my grandchild per day?
You may send up to $75 per day until we have successfully debited your bank account or charged your debit card. After your first billing cycle has been completed, you may send up to $200 per day.
How do I and my grandchild donate money to charities?
Click on the shopping cart icon and then, the “Do Good” category. Choose your charity, click donate, then log in at the prompt with your Jassby credentials. Then, you’ll be able to choose the amount of your donation and send it instantly.

There are three ways to contact support: live chat through the app or the web app, email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and phone at (831) 274-7330.
When is live support available? (grandparents)
Live support is available weekdays, between 9:00 AM EST and 5:00 PM EST. Please feel free to reach out to us and someone will be available to assist you.
Should I enable push notifications? (grandparents)
We think you'll have a better Jassby experience if you enable push notifications. Push notifications give you confirmation of transactions and help you monitor your account. To enable them, click on your profile picture, and then navigate to "Notification Settings" in the device menu.
Will I get notified when my bank account is debited or my debit card is charged? (grandparents)
Yes, you will get a notification. Please enable push notifications on your phone to receive them.
Where can I see my statements? (grandparents)
In the app, click on your profile picture on your home screen. In "Settings," click on "Statements" and choose a month to see the details. On the web app, "Statements" can be found on the left side of your home screen.
Can I open a bank account through Jassby? (grandparents)
No, we do not offer banking services or hold your funds. Please stay tuned, as we are always working to enhance our users' experience.
How do you keep my information safe? (grandparents)
Is Jassby free or am I charged for using it? (grandparents)
There is no fee for using Jassby, for parents, grandparents, or kids.
How do I change my payment type? (grandparents)
You can fund Jassby with your bank account or debit card. If you want to change your funding source, simply delete one and add the new source.
Does Jassby support iPhones/iOS only? (grandparents)
Jassby’s mobile app is only available on iOS devices. Parents and grandparents can use Jassby on the mobile app and the web app (www.Jassby.com).

How do I connect to my grandchildren and their parents through Jassby?
Click on your profile picture on your home screen. Then, select "Family" from the Settings menu. Click on the "Invite Family Member" tab (the tab with the "+" sign). Send them a request to join using their Jassby code, or send them an email or an iMessage. The family organizer (your grandchild's parent) will need to approve your request to join the family.
What is a Jassby Code? (grandparents)
A Jassby Code is a unique 6-digit code that identifies each Jassby user. The Jassby Code can be found under every user’s profile picture. To connect with a family member, enter their Jassby Code.
