Parents may request replacement debit cards for themselves or other family members by following the instructions below. If you are a kid or sponsored adult and need your debit card replaced, follow these instructions to request that a parent replace the card for you.
1. On the homescreen...
a. To replace your own card > Tap Spending
b. To replace a family member's card > Tap the name of the family member
2. Tap Debit Card Settings
3. Tap Replace card
4. Choose Text message or Email for code delivery > Tap Send code
Note: If you are replacing a physical card, the card fee will be withdrawn
from your Family Wallet. If you receive the message, "Funding Required",
you need to add funds to the Family Wallet and start the process over.
5. Enter the Authorization code > Tap Continue
Note: The new debit card will be issued within 24 hours. You will be able
to use the digital card as soon as it is issued; please update the card
number in any digital wallet/recurring transactions you have previously
set up. If you are also replacing a physical card, the new physical card
should arrive within 8-10 business days.
