If you are the Parent Organizer and did not receive your verification code, tap Didn't get a code? On the pop-up screen, tap Resend.
Kid, Sponsored Adult, or Parent/Coordinator
If you are joining an existing family account, as Kid, Sponsored Adult, or a Parent/Coordinator , you should have received an email with a verification code when the Parent Organizer created your account. If you did not, or if the code has expired, have the Parent Organizer follow the instructions below to resend the code.
Parent Organizer: Log in to your account > open the family member's profile > Tap the Verification Code button at the bottom of the screen.
Kid, Sponsored Adult, or Parent/Coordinator: Once the Parent Organizer has resent the code, follow these instructions to Join Existing Family
