If you are the Parent Organizer and did not receive your verification code, tap Didn't get a code? On the pop-up screen, tap Resend.
If you are joining an existing family account, as Kid or a Secondary Parent , you should have received an email with a verification code when the Parent Organizer created your account. If you did not, or if the code has expired, have the Parent Organizer follow the instructions below to resend the code.
Parent Organizer: Log in to your account > open the child/parent profile > Tap the Verification Code button at the bottom of the screen.
Kid/Secondary Parent: Once the Parent Organizer has resent the code, open the Jassby app > Choose Join Existing Family
On the next screen, enter the Verification code, Last name, and Date of birth.
Note: Last name field is case-sensitive. If your name is not being accepted, try entering last name in all lowercase.
