As you know, yesterday we had an app service outage. We’ve identified an internal issue with the app that caused this. As mentioned previously, this was not caused by an outside source or a malicious act, and no data was lost.
Yesterday evening, fixed versions were sent to both Apple and Google. The iOS release is now live at the Apple App Store. You will need to update your app through the app store and log in to Jassby. When you do, everything that was previously in your account will still be there.
For Google/Android users, the release is still pending but should happen very soon. Another message will go out as soon as it is ready. You will need to update and log in as well.
