Parent Organizers whose account has been suspended will see the screen below when logging in to the account.
Your account is suspended when you do not have sufficient funds in the Family Wallet to pay the monthly fee. In addition to your account being suspended, all family member accounts associated with yours will be suspended as well. In order for the accounts to be unsuspended, you will need to add sufficient funds to the Family Wallet to cover any outstanding fees. Once the funds have been added we will retroactively bill any fees and you will regain full access to all features.

If your account is suspended because the Family Wallet did not have sufficient finds to cover the monthly fee, you will not be able to access account details, transfer funds, or utilize your debit card.
Please contact the Parent Organizer of your account and ask them to resolve the issue.
