What happens if I try to make a purchase over my spending limit?

Understanding Your Jassby Card Purchase Limits

1. Transaction Limit (Per Purchase)

If the amount of a single purchase is over the Transaction Limit set by the parent, the entire transaction will be declined.

2. Daily Amount Limit (Total Daily Spending)

When a purchase exceeds the Daily Amount Limit set by the parent, the system handles the transaction based on the type of payment processed:

  • Debit / PIN Transaction: You will be given the option to approve a partial transaction (up to the Daily Amount Limit) or decline the offer entirely.
  • Credit Transaction: The system will automatically authorize a partial transaction up to the Daily Amount Limit.
