What do I do when I receive an "Insufficient Funds” message?

In order to fund the account and complete the purchase:

1. On the homescreen, tap the Family Wallet

2. Tap Transfer

3. Swipe left to choose the account needing to be funded > Select the amount > Tap Continue to complete the funding

Note: Tap the Change button to choose an amount other than $20 or $50.

Note: If you do not have sufficient funds in the Family Wallet, follow the instructions below before completing the transfer.

1. On the homescreen, tap Add funds

2. Select the amount you want to add to the Family Wallet > Tap Continue to complete the funding

Note: Tap the Change button to choose an amount other than $20 or $50.
