Jassby Debit Card Use Instructions

  1. You must activate the Physical Debit Card in the Jassby App before it can be used.                                            
  2. The Digital Debit Card is activated and ready to use immediately online or using your mobile wallet.                                                                                                                                                                
  3. Be sure to set the PIN in the Jassby App immediately since it may be required by some Point of Sale (POS) systems.                                                                                                                                             
  4. If you are prompted for a PIN when making a purchase, use the PIN you set in the Jassby App.              
  5. If you are prompted to choose a Debit or Credit transaction when making a purchase, choose Credit.                                                                                                                                                                
  6. The associate helping you with the purchase can usually help provide guidance if you are having troubles.
