Follow the instructions below to update personal information on your account or a family member's account.
1. Log in to your Jassby account
a. To update your own account, tap the menu icon
b. To update a family member's account, select the family member from the Family list
2. Tap Personal info
3. You may update the fields outlined below > Tap Save changes
Note: Kids and Sponsored Adults may only update their display name.
Phone number and shipping address changes must be done by a parent.
The Organizer has the ability to change another family member's email.
