How do I update my Personal Information?

  • Updated

Note:

  • Kids and Sponsored Adults can only update their display name.
  • Parents must handle changes to a family member's phone number and shipping address.
  • The Organizer is the only one who can change another family member's email address.
  • To update the legal address or the Organizer's email address, please contact Jassby Customer Support.

Follow the instructions below to update personal information on your account or a family member's account:

1. Log in to your Jassby account 

   a. To update your own account, tap the menu icon

   b. To update a family member's account, select the family member from the Family list

2. Tap Personal info

3. You may update the fields outlined below > Tap Save changes
