For security purposes, kid accounts are suspended after too many failed login attempts. The family organizer has the ability to unsuspend the account by following the instructions below.
A kid whose account has been suspended will see "Account is suspended" when attempting to log in to the account.
The family organizer will receive an email with the following message.
Unsuspend the kid account
1. In the Family section of the family organizer's homescreen, tap the account that is suspended
2. Tap Yes to confirm that you would like to unsuspend the account
3. You will receive confirmation that the account has been unsuspended > Tap Continue to close the pop-up
4. Follow these instructions to help your child reset their password
