Note: You must create your own account prior to adding family members.
Family members will have one of the following roles.
Sponsored Kid: Under age 18, Earning and Saving, spending with Debit Card, eligible to receive Jassby Reward points, cannot fund the Family Wallet or manage the family account
Sponsored Adult: Age 18+, Earning and Saving, spending with Debit Card, eligible to receive Jassby Reward points, cannot fund the Family Wallet or manage the family account
Parent/Coordinator: Age 18+, Spending with Debit Card, can fund the Family Wallet and manage the family account
1. In the Family section of the homescreen, tap View
2. On the Family members screen, tap Add
3. Select Sponsored Kid, Sponsored Adult, or Parent/Coordinator for role > Enter Name, DOB, Email and Phone Number > Tap Save changes
Note: All accounts must have a valid email address.
Phone number not required for Sponsored Kid accounts.
4. You will receive confirmation that the family member has been added. Instructions for the family member to complete the registration may be found here.
