Parent Organizers
Parent Organizers whose account has been suspended will see the screen below when logging in to the account.
Your account, along with all associated family member accounts, is suspended when the Family Wallet fails to cover the monthly fee.
To restore access, you must add enough funds to the Family Wallet to cover all outstanding fees. Once those funds are available, we will retroactively process the owed fees and immediately unsuspend your accounts, restoring all features.
Family Members (Kids & 2nd Parents)
Family Members whose account has been suspended will see the screen below when logging in to the account.
If your account is suspended because the Family Wallet did not have sufficient finds to cover the monthly fee, you will not be able to access account details, transfer funds, or utilize your debit card.
Please contact the Parent Organizer of your account and ask them to resolve the issue.
